St. Martin's Church

This impressive Gothic church from the 15th century dominates the skyline of Zaltbommel. Its tall tower offers a fantastic view over the town and the River Waal. Inside, you’ll find stunning stained glass windows and a famous 18th-century organ. Fun fact: The church tower was once used as a lookout point to watch for enemies approaching by the river.

Zaltbommel Castle Museum

The Waalbrug

The Waal Bridge connects Zaltbommel with the other side of the river and is one of the most recognizable sights in the area. It’s especially beautiful at sunset, when the lights reflect on the water.
